Hairston Competes at New Balance Indoor Nationals

Original

Junior Del'Mario Hairston has the 14th longest jump in the nation this year, plenty good enough to compete against the best high school athletes in the country at this year's New Balance Indoor Nationals in the Armory in NYC. He achieved his distance of 23' 8" on Ohio's biggest indoor stage, the state meet just less than a week ago at the Spire Institute, breaking the location record. This is his second trip to Nationals...last year he won the "Emerging Elite" division event, a huge feat, but this year he will be jumping against the toughest competition: Division 1 Championship Division. The event will start at Noon on Saturday, March 10th.
