Lake's own Del won the Ohio MileSplit Coach Indoor Athlete of the year! He had an amazing Indoor season. In the Long Jump, he was the runner up in the State Indoor meet and Winner at the New Balance National (NBN) Indoor Meet earlier this month...that jump, not only was a personal best but is the best distance in Ohio and 7th nationally. Additionally, he was a part of Lake's 4x200m relay which also competed at NBN. Congrats, Del and thanks to everyone that voted!
